Locals Taproom is at 90 San Miguel Street, a block back from the beach, in the space that used to be Libertine Brewing's tasting room. It pours beer from small breweries around the region, plus local wine and hard cider from Kelsey See Canyon. There are seats inside and out.
Records and pizza
A turntable plays vinyl, and you can request songs from the record collection. Outside food is welcome. Mission Pizza is right across the street, and the taproom says its guests get 10% off there.
A night out a block from the sand
Locals is close to the in-town tasting rooms, so you can pair it with a stop at Avila Wine Company or Alapay Cellars. For oceanfront patios and live music, see Bars & Happy Hour.
